Partner organisations and authorised case workers can submit referral information securely for review by KENJAC. The submission enters SOIMS directly rather than being copied from email into a second form.

Before you refer

Prepare the core information once.

The referral captures the person’s core details, contact information, current situation, safety context, requested support and relevant documents so that accepted information can carry forward into intake and admission.

Identity document required

A valid ID or approved identity document is mandatory in the secure referral form.

Supporting documents

Relevant referral letters or support documents can be added where they help KENJAC review the case.

Protected review

Uploads are stored in protected SOIMS storage and are intended for authorised in-system viewing.

No duplicate re-entry

Core referral information is designed to carry into the same intake/admission profile if onboarding proceeds.
